Teaching people something about coffee and writing coffee history have always been goals for us. And this coffee is one that is unique in our Belgian country. Almost all the decafs offered are very cheap beans that are decaffeinated in a special company with benzene. The result is usually undrinkable.
Or they proceed more thoroughly and take with a certain bean and decafia via the Swiss water method. We also bought that for a while, and it was drinkable.
In this way the characteristic flavors are preserved and today it results in a clean cup that during certain blind tastings could even win the table against many other expensive Specialty Coffees !!
